DirectI domain registration

Hi,

Is anyone else getting errors when using DirectI to register domains? I have been getting this error:

DirectI Interface (Error - #66)(Error: Domain may already be registered)(Error: Domain Pending or Not Registered)

When the domain is actually available. *It seems strange because the two error messages seem contradictory.

Also, when trying to change thye nameservers, the form posts to "$PHP_SELF?domainid=$domainid&action=save&orderid=$orderid"

It looks like $php_self isn't working for some reason (it normally does on my website)

Any help with this would be great, thanks

Gav

Also, I have just noticed that in the client area, under

Support > Client Area > My Domains

The iframe points to:

<iframe src="../modules/registrars/directi/directiadmin.php?domainid=0000000009" width="520" height="112" frameborder="0" style="border:1px solid #cccccc"></iframe>

which means that it gets an error 404, as i have not got the system set up in the root folder of my domain. Looks like the ../ could do with removing from the beginning of the url.

<ADDED>

Proble solved, thanks. Still having trouble with domains

This second issue is only caused because you logged into the client area at the same time as the admin area. Make sure you NEVER log into the client area while in the admin area and NEVER place orders while logged in as Admin. It only results in errors.

For your actual issue, email support@whmcs.com

Regards,

Matt
