afidegnum
HI, I posted this question earlier but haven't had any reply. I am posting it again. I have WHMCS installed on a Linux box which is a dedicated server. I want to add and manage windows Dedicated servers as well for users to be able to be billed, create accounts and so on. I currently have a stand alone windows dedicated server. what is the procedure adding and managing it as well as subsequent servers which will be added? I am using Windows server 2003 do I need to set a virtualisation system? do I need to install a windows based CPanel, like dotnetpanel ? I will be grateful if you can advise me more on what to do.
Wiredremix
Your post doesnt really list "exactly" what you want to acheave?! There is no whmcs plugin to directly manage a windows or linux box, you will need something specialised for that. What are you going to be selling? Dedicated server rentals?, Website Hosting Plans?, VPS?.. As each of the above is something different, its not simply a case of having a control panel to manage the servers. If you are looking to provide website hosting you will require something like plesk for windows, if you are providing VPS then you will need some sort of hypervisor gui i guess as its not my field. If you are looking to provide dedicated servers then most likely you are looking for something that will have to be bespoke built to directly manage servers. If you could clear up exactly what your aiming to do then we could provide alittle more information.
sgrayban
And double posting wont get help either until you ask specific questions. This is why you didn't get a reply the last time.
