page blank after submit c.card order

i am reposting this as i posted in discuss V3 and not much action there...

I can t seem to find the answer to this so here i go:

I have setup the PSIGate payment gateway module, I have an active account with them and they also supply a test login environment.

Lets just skip the test environment for now. I have input my credentials in the module. I use my ccard on the order form, i hit submit...

then i get a blank page = mydomain.com/whmcsinstall/creditcard.php is the URL that is blank.

i look at my control panel for psigate and the transaction is registered and even approved. on whmcs, the status is still pending and unpaid.

if i hit refresh on the blank page, it has to refresh and it posts the transaction again, at psigate, it shows that the 2nd transaction was declined (duplicate) and now i get an email from my site saying that the credit card was declined from my whmcs install.

(please note that i dont get a "paid" email for the original transaction (as it is still pending in my whmcs install), i get all the other.. welcome, etc. just no "new cpanel account email" or "paid" email.

I have tried disabling maxmind, thinking that the fraud detection might interfering with each other. I have also erased the template cache many times as well.

Now for the test environment, the psigagte api shows that it logs to a different url for the test environment and also different user/pass....

if i check the "test" in the module setup, it just keeps saying that the card was declined and wont let me go any further, nothing is registered at psigate either. If i uncheck "test" and login as the test user, same results as my live account - just a blank page and the transaction gets registered and approved at psigate, on whmcs, it is still pending.

Please help!

I also enabled debugging in my config file and i get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: invoicepaid() in /home/account/public_html/whmcs/modules/gateways/psigate.php on line 104
