dmc_ss
Hello, I have a "situation" that I need some advice on. i have a client that has cancelled a product that had a PP subscription assigned to it. They have then placed a new order for a new product. I today have recevied an email from PayPal saying the subscription has been modified. The modification now takes into account the new fees due for the new order. When looking at the Product record in WHMCS, the subscription ID is present on the old cancelled product, not the new active product. Should I cancel the subscription through PP and ask the client to setup a new one for this product, or do I "move" the subscription ID from the old product to the new one? Thanks in advance for any advice. Regards, David.
Solstice
So if I'm understanding this correctly, the problem is that the client will now be double charged by this subscription? If that is the case, then I would just cancel the subscription & let WHMCS setup a new one when they pay their next invoice.
