I have read many posts of a similar problem without any forum members finding a solution.

 

I have read the Plesk docs.

 

I have tried different settings in WHMCS to get Plesk connection working.

 

I have tested my domain templates in Plesk and have no errors.

 

I do not get any error codes.

Parallels Plesk Panel- version 9.3.0

Operating system - Linux 2.6.18-028stab064.7

PHP 5.1.6-24.el5_4.5

I placed my support request 6 days ago still without a reply and so in desperation, I hope a forum member will help me.
