Subdomain not created

Hi,

 

I already set domain option inside product/services -> other -> Subdomain as .mydomain.com and I can see subdomain option in a order area as "I want to use a free subdomain.".

 

I try create new order and choose I want to use a free subdomain option and then enter subdomain name. I check at admin area, order process is done and i can see cpanel username and password. The problem is when I try to open subdomainname.mydomain.com , it show server not found. I check at WHM account, there is no account created.

 

Do I miss something?.

 

FYI, my WHMCS is located in server A while targeted account for subdomain is located in server B. I'm using WHMDnsOnly to handle DNS for both server.

I check system activity log, I notice this error message

 

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 7 - Error: Sorry, that username is reserved.

 

but I'm sure that username that I use is unique.

finally I manage to settle this problem. just for your reference... you can't have "test" word in your username/subdomain name.

 

example:

test123.mydomain.com
