We are using the trial version but keep hitting a brick wall with registering the license number. Initially we were told it was a DNS error on the server ( hosted) and that we would need to use a proxy. The hosting service we use, http://www.netregistry.com.au provided a proxy but WHMCS have said they cannot connect to a proxy.
We know there are other companies here in Oz using WHMCS to manage their "Netrgistry" accounts and so they must be using a workaround. Does anyone have any similar experiences of working around the proxy issue or can suggest something else for us?
