JerusaHost- Mark Posted April 12, 2010 Share Posted April 12, 2010 We want to set up a new contact that can send in support tickets but will not receive replies to other support tickets. At present, the support box is checked in email notifications for all contacts and all contacts receive support ticket replies. We want only the primary contact to receive support replies but allow for other contacts to submit new tickets and be in the loop of those tickets only. Is this possible?
