create ticket everytime an order is placed

I am curious why you want to do that ?

 

No one I have ever done business with does that, seems to me that would become annoying as a customer. I would be surprised in the first place wondering how a support ticket was made and I didn't do it.

 

The idea behind a support ticket is because they need help not when they make a order. How would a client need help with a order they completed ?

 

But it can be done under General Settings -> Mail -> BCC Messages

A just question...

 

We have a web service which requires constant interaction with the client for the implementation. Hence, we decided to opt for creating a ticket which will stop many individual emails and one will be able to track the same easily over a period of time.

 

I am not sure how one would achieve the same via BCC Messages
