Bobo Posted March 12, 2007 Share Posted March 12, 2007 Something strange is happening to me. When a customer submits a troubel ticket, I receive it. But when I go online to review it, no ticket shows up. I even see on the summary page a department being listes as containing a ticket. But when I go to it, no ticket shows up.
