Blueberry3.14
Any accounts that have 0 due and a due date of 00/00/0000 are being suspended, even though I had ticked "Tick this box to overide automatic suspension and not suspend this account should it be overdue." I hadn't planned on leaving the accounts with 0 amounts, was just in the process of reinstalling everything by hand after a server crash on the previous server / install. Even if I hadn't disabled the automatic suspension, I'm not understanding why the system would suspend an account with a zero balance and a blank due date.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 12, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 12, 2007 It would suspend it because it's still a paid account and the due date is in the past. You need to set the billing cycle to Free to avoid suspensions for overdue accounts. As for it suspending an account with the overide box ticked, I don't think that would be possible. That seems odd to me, since 00/00/000 would be a null date rather than past or future (to me, anyway), but now that I know how the system works, I can work with that. As for it suspending an account with the overide box ticked, I don't think that would be possible. No, that isn't what I'd wanted to do. It seemed as though WHMCS was suspending accounts (or at least emailing clients telling them they'd been suspended), even when the "over ride suspension" box was checked. I definitely did *not* want any accounts suspended. I thought for sure I had checked that box on every account. I'll keep a closer eye on it and if it happens again go from there.
