Georges
I'm using plesk 8.1 on linux. I've setup a client template called "Starter" and a domain template called "Default". I've correctly configured the server in whmcs, and enabled it for a test product. When I add that test product to a client in whmcs and click on create (for creating the account on the plesk server), I get this error: Server Command Error - When I have a look at the plesk-admin-apche errorlog, I can see the xml message whmcs send to the server. Can somebody help me with this please ?
Dominic Quick
Check your firewall settings also you cant use the plesk auto setup if you are a reseller. You must have proper root access. Im not sure your hosting supplier will give you root access as its usually a security breach. Dom
Georges
Thanks for your reply. I'm talking about my own server, and WHMCS is running on the server itself. So no firewall problem, also evidently I have admin level access to plesk, which is also the login I specified in WHMCS.
