railto
We use Crafty Syntax Live Help, have from the start and does all that we need, well apart from interfacing with WHMCS but nothing we can do about that, will just continue to raise tickets on the users behalf for that part
disgruntled
i am using skype as live support as you can have more and one account on your pc now, and also works only with chat if you dont want to use voice. I think using Skype as a support system could come off as cheap and unprofessional, i wouldn't want to use a host that was using Skype for customer support. Having said that, It could be a good if it was promoted as an easy free way to contact the sales team so the customer sees is as a sales tool rather than a support tool.
