domain names not listed in affiliate area

My affiliates and I use reports to track the hosting affiliates.

 

Problem:

- there is no domain name listed in the "Affiliate Monthly Referrals Report"

- there is no domain listed when viewing the "View Affiliate Details" area

 

I consistently have to manually sort everything out and re-create reports in Excel.

 

 

Does anyone have a work around for this. This driving me crazy!
