Howdy,

When you download WHMCS from the client area you need to upload that ioncube folder one dir back from where whmcs is installed.

Example:

Domain: whmcsrocks.com

WHMCS location: whmcsrocks.com/order

Ioncube location: whmcsrocks.com

Understand?

You made sure that you put that ioncube folder in the

/home/alpha/public_html/

So it should be

/home/alpha/public_html/ioncube

Also, I'm not sure if the downloaded version has all the loaders included. I'm sure it is. If that does't work send an email over to support@whmcs.com and some one will take a look at it.

Adam
