Adam
Howdy, When you download WHMCS from the client area you need to upload that ioncube folder one dir back from where whmcs is installed. Example: Domain: whmcsrocks.com WHMCS location: whmcsrocks.com/order Ioncube location: whmcsrocks.com Understand? From, Adam

Adam
You made sure that you put that ioncube folder in the /home/alpha/public_html/ So it should be /home/alpha/public_html/ioncube Also, I'm not sure if the downloaded version has all the loaders included. I'm sure it is. If that does't work send an email over to support@whmcs.com and some one will take a look at it. From, Adam
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 30, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 30, 2006 The problem was old Ioncube loaders installed in php.ini. Topic closed. Matt
