visualtron
Hi, I sell software to a big company that has many projects departments. Each project department has many USERS and a single BUYER that sends out orders. Accounts for all purchases is handled by a single accounts department in that company. The USER deploys the software/licenses and should be able to login to see what licenses he has ordered. The BUYER issues the order and submits invoices to the accounts department for payment. I am pondering over how I should create the client account for such a company. Should I create a separate client account for each USER and then assign a sub-account to the BUYER with rights to view invoices? Since each BUYER can serve several USERS, there will be a case whereby the BUYER will have access to several client accounts. What will happen then? I also intend to allow the USER to download the license from my product/services page. Would be grateful for any pointers.
visualtron
I've upgraded to v4.21, alas! I'm not allowed to register an email address is it has already been used in another sub-account! Any work around solution?
