Invoice Payment/Account creation Problem

Yesterday I had a client signup, He paid for the invoice but it was still marked as unpaid and pending and not active. And therefore I had to manually create the account

This is working for me fine and everyone else. I can confirm this is not a bug and one of your local settings setup in WHMCS. Maybe a gateway error. If you check the gateway log does it show up their?
