Google Checkout fees in report

I just recently setup Google checkout. Everything seems to work. However in the reports with columns for fees nothing shows up.

 

I did find "Notifications must include information about transaction fees." under advanced options and checked it. I have not had any one use Google checkout since to see if that works.

 

Can any one tell me if I am correct in checking that box? if not what do I need to do?
