Adamski Posted March 8, 2007 Share Posted March 8, 2007 Has anyone got piping succesfully working with Ensim? Need some guidance as I can't get it too work. It's set up to the right place. Can send an email without getting it returned but nothing shows up in WHMCS or in the Mail Import Log. Nothing in my mail logs either. Adamski Posted March 8, 2007 Author Share Posted March 8, 2007 Ok I managed to get it working from my own domain (ie adam@domain.com to support@domain.com) and I see the email in the Import Log but I sent from a domain off my server and that still isn't through. [edit] Read the manual and the message in the log was that there was no Ticket ID - fine I was sending from the admin email which is a no no! When I reply fromanother email to an existing ticket the emailgoes through fine. If I just send a new email (with no ticket id) nothing happens.
