Actionhook on createinvoice

Hi

 

Is there a posibility to create an action hook to run on invoice creation? Or to register a custom action hook?

I need to do a currency exchange, to generate the invoice in my home currency.

I have a action hook on ShoppingCartCheckout and it works when the client order a service, but it won't work when he request an upgrade from client area

 

I'm using versiun 3.8.1 of whmcs
