Hi,

We are running your billing system past few months (billing.webexxpurts.com)

There is some problem when we place an order manually in billing system because some orders were done before purchase of your billing system.

(A)

When we place an order with retain the check box unchecked for "Send a confirmation after completing the order to client". But it send a mail to clients.

(B)

When we place an order today (06/March/2007) with depicting the order period previous dated i.e. "16.Oct.2006 to 16.Oct.2007" But client get the invoice for due date "06.March.2007 to 06.March.2008" and the clients making complaints us for this bogus invoice system.

We have hundreds of orders for previous dated, how we can we manage them with this system, if it send unwanted invoice to clients with wrong recurring period?

And also let us know how to send a mail to the client through entering the client area, if we wish to send a mail to the client regarding renewal of his/her domain. There are 7 option in client area i.e. Summary, Profile, Product/Service, Domain, Invoices, Transactions, Emails.

We accept that we can raise an invoice to send an intimation to the client in this regard but what about if we don't want to raise an invoice?

Please make us enable to understand all these things as soon as possible

Thanking You in Anticipation.

Regards

Avi
