Speedy059
Does anyone know if this is an issue with WHMCS or a configuration in cPanel/WHM?
disgruntled
im not an expert but i would hazard a guess at you having a reseller account yourself but not having privs from your hosting provider you make resellers of your own services
Speedy059
Not the case here, we own all of our servers. I'm a bit stumped, I guess i'll make a ticket. This was working fine prior to 4.2.1 upgrade we performed.

cwalke32477
I'm getting the same thing. FUnny thing is, it creates the account on the server, but then fails to email the information to the client Chris Walker http://www.siterack.net

What is causing this? cwalke, do you happen to use ZamFoo plugin? Just trying to guess on what may be causing this issue.

Speedy059
I'm wondering if the issue is related to ZamFoo then.
cwalke32477
Well let me rephrase that. I am using the Zamfoo WHM plugin. However, I am not using there WHMCS plugin for account suspension, etc. I only use the autogrant feature within the WHM. WHMCS creates the WHM reseller account, then after creation Zamfoo auto upgrades the account based on it's package name. So WHMCS never sees Zamfoo.
GreatGator
We are using ZamFoo also and ZamFoo seems to be the problem. Change the account type to " Other " and put an ACL List name in the reseller info area and it works for us.
