variable/else comment to differentiate orderform/client area?

I would like to change the header text in my header.tpl file to say "Order Form" when the visitor is on the cart and say "Client Area" when in the client area and not in the cart. I'm wondering if there is a variable/else comment I can use for this which differentiates between the clienta area/order form?

 

Its not correct format, I know but here is an example of what I mean:

<if clientarea>Client Area<else>Order Form</if>

or

<if orderform>Order Form<else>Client Area</if>
