xpo123
Hi All, I have recently enabled paypal subscriptions in an effort to make paying invoices easier for clients (many of whom pay monthly). I have just had somebody sign up, selecting a domain name (which obviously is billed yearly) and a hosting package that is billed monthly. The total price was paid, but the subscription has been setup to be the total price each month rather than just the hosting price each month. Can anybody please advise on what I have done wrong? How can I make it so that there are two invoices, one for domain names and one for the hosting package. Thanks in advance
xpo123
Just thought I would add the following details if it helps to narrow down the problem... Setup -> Payment Gateways: I have "Hide the one time payment button when a subscription can be created" ticked, and everything else unticked. Setup -> Products/Services: On the product in question I have "Tick to show domain registration options" ticked, so that users can choose a domain name for the product in question. I'm not sure what else is relevant really... I could really use a reply on this as it is still happening and I am having to cancel subscriptions to avoid customers being over-charged. The paypal subscription information for each client shows the hosting cost as a recurring amount, but it shows the total amount as well. I think what is happening, is the subscription button is being shown for the total amount and the domain name is not being invoiced seperately. How can I sort this out?
xpo123
Anybody? I have had to cancel the subscriptions for the time being because of this and am very keen to get them going again! Thanks in advance.
