cPanel Upgraded - Module Create Error Unknown

WHMCS Mark

Recommended Posts

Hi

All of our whmcs installs are having issues - can;t change passwords, terminate, suspend or create packages - appears the server downloaded a cPanel update in the past 24 hours - current cPanel/WHM version is:

cPanel 11.25.0 - R43473

WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9 on CENTOS 5.4 x86_64 standard

We have submitted a ticket and were advised there was an issue with the cPanel API and whmcs but due to the time difference - still waiting for a fix.

We rolled back cpanel to S43473 to try and get things working again but still no luck.

It appears to me that all the calls from whmcs to the cpanel api are failing for whatever reason

So we have orders backing up everywhere and some unhappy clients - maybe sparky has some suggestions :D while we wait for the support ticket reply/fix?

Thanks

Scott

Cpanel has recently updated its API that means older versions of WHMCS will not recognise some CPanel responses..

Upgrade your WHMCS to the most recent version and this should fix your probem.

One more thing BACK UP EVERYTHING.

failing backing up everything feel free to resintall whmcs, create all your packages addons, update any templates you created.

:)
