stumblrmonk3 Posted March 1, 2010 Share Posted March 1, 2010 Hello, I closed an account and set the service to "Terminated" status. Client got the "2nd payment reminder" e-mail yesterday anyway. The account has been closed for a few weeks now. Why doesn't WHMCS check for account and product status before sending these reminders? Please fix for next version. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 1, 2010 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 1, 2010 While you terminated the individual product, you didn't close the client and neither did you cancel the open invoices that client had.
