Transactions Issue

Hi,

 

I am newbie to WHMCS, I imported all accounts from my cpanel,I need to know :

1-where to put my servers costs so that it is deducted from the income.I read in WHMCS documentation that

I can enter it as a transaction, I tried it but it gives me in the admin summary page income equal to zero and value of"This Year" is equal to negative value of servers costs.

 

If I am wrong what should I put in transactions?

Please help me set this correctly.
