CSNM-Carl
Hi, We are considering using ProtX what sort of facility does WHMCS have for this? Does it re-direct a user to the ProtX form on their site? Does WHMCS support ProtX recurring billing? Thanks, Carl
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 4, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 4, 2007 We are considering using ProtX what sort of facility does WHMCS have for this? Does it re-direct a user to the ProtX form on their site? No, it doesn't redirect the user to the ProtX site. It works in the same way as other credit card gateways. The user enters the card details on your site and payments are taken automatically when due. Matt

So there is no option to pay manually for an invoice using ProtX?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 4, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 4, 2007 Card details are stored in the database. Invoices can be paid manually using ProtX. They are still generated in advance, payment won't be taken until the due date, the user can pay it before this date at any time.
