caisc Posted February 25, 2010 Share Posted February 25, 2010 (edited) Hello, I just installed and configured my WHMCS, while checking the support ticket system i noticed that when ever a new ticket is opened, WHMCS sends auto response 2 times to the email which is specified. Also when the ticket is replied then also 2 times response in sent to the specified email id. How to correct this problem.
