Support Emails

I have enabled the support email piping. I set the forwarding on that email to:

 

| php -q /home/domain/public_html/admin/mailpipe.php

 

For some reason, I send emails to that domain and they just disappear. They do not show up in the support ticket area or get returned. What am I doing wrong??

You cannot create support tickets by emailing the address setup for piping. If you do the message will just bounce. The mail piping in V2.4 can only be used for responding to support tickets. This is being modified for V2.5 to support opening support tickets aswell.
