yabado
Sorry if this has been discussed prior. What is the best way for the client to attach an addon to an existing hosting package from within the client area? I mean, what if they want to add more storage for instance?
xTiNcTion
hi yabado, i think you send the addon's link? 1. your client open a ticket asking for more space. 2. you confirm and send the link for payment. 3. payment is made, addon added. uhh
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 4, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 4, 2007 The client logs into their hosting account, goes to My Hosting Packages, clicks View Details next to the package they wish to order an addon for, then clicks on the link "Click to view available addons". The user is then taken straight to the order process with the addons showing. Matt
