How to handle faulty ENOM SSL orders?

Hi guys

We've have started reselling ENOM SSL certificates through WHMCS and as far as the customers manage to fill in everything correct during their configuraion process, everything works just fine. But how can you "reset" the order process and have the customer go though the configuration again? We've seen several times that our customers past the wrong CSR code or manage to do something else wrong. As far as I know, the only way to fix this is that we have to log on to ENOM and cancel and modify their settings, using their details, etc. Does anybody know of an easier way of doing this?
