New Account created with 2/4 nameservers

Real Webspace

Recommended Posts

I am now using all 4 namservers and have set these up in all my servers setup pages in WHMCS, however when an account is created the email i get only has the first two. To register a domain I need to have all 4, so I must manually edit the new accounts DNS zone and add the missing namservers.

There's 2 places you need to check:

1. WHMCS Admin > Setup > Servers > Edit server in question. Make sure all 4 name servers are listed

2. WHM > Basic Settings > Namservers (right @ the bottom)

3. DNS Functions > Edit DNS Templates > edit all 3 files and make sure all 4 name servers are listed.

Lastly, if you have setup a reseller account, then you need to check in WHM > Resellers > Reseller Center > Edit reseller privileges & nameservers > make sure all 4 nameservers are listed there as well.

Check this one both servers just to be sure everything is there.
