Blank pages after install

Hi all, have a problem. New win 2008 R2 x64 server and have all blank pages with WHMCS. The install went fine. After that nothing.

 

Tried adding the display error in config, but nothing...

 

tried template file perms, nothing...

 

anyone have an idea what it might be.

 

phpinfo is ok

ioncube tested ok

 

I'm stuck...

 

sorry for double post, was in wrong spot..
