Changing the flow of the Shopping Cart

Here's my problem:

 

I have placed the Domain Ordering Integration Code right on my homepage as I want customers to start the ordering process by picking out a domain name first. Then I want customers to pick out a Hosting Package, however the current shopping cart flow skips the Hosting Package if you start on this step.

 

Current Shopping Cart Flow:

 

1) Pick a Hosting Package

2) Add/Transfer a Domain Name

3) Domain Configuration/ ID Protect/ Nameservers

4) Checkout

 

I would like to flip-flop 1 and 2, therefore making the flow of the shopping cart like this:

 

1) Add/Transfer a Domain Name

2) Pick a Hosting Package

3) Domain Configuration/ID Protect/Nameservers

4) Checkout

 

Do anybody have any ideas on how I can change the order? thanks.
