Website Payments Pro vs Payflow Pro

Hello

I am currently in the middle of setting up website payments pro from PayPal. In WHMCS there is a possibility of adding payment gateway Payflow Pro and PayPal Website Payments Pro. What is the difference between the two of them? I tested both of them and they do work. I am an English customer of PayPal, if this may matter.

Does anyone use PayPal Pro 3D Secure with the above-mentioned gateway payments?

After paying with Paypal prp or Payflow in WHMCS it doesn't show fees for payments. While paying with Paypal Checkout it does.

Does any of you know how to handle this slight inconvenience?

Regards

Payflow Pro is for use by uk customers, paypal pro is for us customers (ie you being the customer not your clients).

There's a post in the announcement section of this forum regarding paypal and 3D secure.

Paypal standard passes the fee amount back to whmcs, payflow pro and paypal pro do not.

Thanks for a quick reply. It seems to me strange however, the information on Payflow is on American version of Pay pal. In the british version there is only information on website payment pro.

On the other hand, after I log into my PayPal account in Request API credentials there is Option 2 - Payflow Pro... I can't get it....

BTW. In WHMCs module to Payflow, the name "Merchant Login" is the same as "vendor" in PayPal "Manage Payflow Pro Access"
