Miron
Hello, One big problem is with changing domain contact info. If customer has more domains with the same contact and if he change contact info on the one domain all other domains are updated with a new contact info. Even he don't want to change contacts on other domains. I think that this can be solved with one checkbox option "Add a new contact info", and when is unchecked any change on domain contact will just update current contact info on this and on all other domains with same contact. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 17, 2010 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 17, 2010 The reason for this is that the logicboxes system uses contacts for domains and multiple domains can be assigned to the same contact so a change to that contact applies to all the domains set to it. And then the problem with the proprosed solution is that their system does not allow 2 contacts to be created under the same customer ID with the same email address. So a checkbox for creating a new contact might not be that simple. Matt
Miron
Ok, but, what is when there is a different e-mail contact? Again all domains will be updated with a new contact, not only one needed. So, if contact with same e-mail exist, just return error if checkbox for "add new contact" is checked. And if contact does not exist, create it and assign to the selected domain name.
