lloydcodrington Posted February 12, 2010 Share Posted February 12, 2010 Hi All, I have on various occasions received emails of support from clients and wanted to know if I can do something that I see happening with a provider of mine. That is that when I email their support team without going through the support system, if they wish too they can create a support ticket and incorporate the email within the system. Was wondering if there was any way that this can be done at present and if not is there any way that this feature can be added in a future release.
