Email Polling - Google Apps Import

I have searched the forums, and I cannot find the solution to the issue we are having.

 

WHMCS does poll the Google Apps accounts and it marks the mail as read. However, it does not create a ticket. If we hit the pipe URL directly, it seems to create the ticket.

 

We are running WHMCS on Windows Server if that makes a difference.
