csigmon Posted February 12, 2010 Share Posted February 12, 2010 I have searched the forums, and I cannot find the solution to the issue we are having. WHMCS does poll the Google Apps accounts and it marks the mail as read. However, it does not create a ticket. If we hit the pipe URL directly, it seems to create the ticket.
