Hi,

 

We are running the WHMCS trial, and will be purchasing if we can find out how to do / fix the following:

 

1. When a client goes to pay an invoice choosing PayPal Invoice, although the invoice has an amount to pay when passing to PayPal it shows the amount due as £0.00?

 

2. How can I CC paid Invoices to our billing department?

That seems to be a problem with your install as mine and countless others are working fine. What version or build are you running?

 

2. How can I CC paid Invoices to our billing department?

You can't really from WHMCS. You should get an email from PayPal once you receive any type of payment. You can also use my checkoutscript which will email you once an order is placed.

I was told via Sales, it is possible to CC an invoice - Matt?

Hi,

 

It is possible to CC all emails to an address, but not just the invoice paid one. This is configured in Configuration > General Config > Mail.
