netstepinc Posted February 3, 2010 Share Posted February 3, 2010 I have independent sales reps, and I need to implement a CRM-ish tool yesterday to contact data can being to come into focus. 1) What would it take to limit customer information by sales rep so a rep cannot see anything outside of their own activity? 2) Is there some other CRM tool that will integrate with WHMCS that can provide easy contact management and sales-rep specific to-dos?
