WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 21, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 21, 2006 Timed out means it cannot connect to the server. The most likely cause for this is entering the wrong IP address, wrong username or password, or the server not responding. aroiz
the information is fine, the ip, username and password, I dont know if the firewall can block the connection or can I put a root user ?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 21, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 21, 2006 Yes, you can put a root user. A firewall shouldn't block it but could do. It is trying to connect to port 2086 if that helps you check it out. Matt

Adam
I suggest that you send an email over to support@whmcs.com and see if Matt can fix it. Also, are did you put that WHM ACCESS KEY? You know the one with all those LONG letters and numbers? From, Adam
