CyberIHosting Posted February 1, 2010 Share Posted February 1, 2010 Hi, I'm a new user of WHMCS and need to modify the order form template to separate out the domain name renewal and the account renewal when the client orders both. Currently, we offer hosting packages for all the different recurring options (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, Biennially) as well as a free domain name for 1 year. When a customer goes through the order form and looks at the final page before checkout on the breakdown, it shows the setup fee and the total for their plan as well as the free domain name. At the bottom where it says total recurring though, it gives the plan cost and the annual domain cost combined when they get hosting for one year, or they get two recurring costs without a description of each, (i.e. $5.88 Monthly + $14.45 Annually). Is there a way to break up the plan and domain recurring fee as well as add a description to each for the clients to not get confused?
