frisco
I just saw my bcc copy of reminders being sent to clients with renewal reminders -- on domains set to "do not renew". Since the client already told us not to renew and we already set that flag, how do I stop these reminders for those domains? (That flag WILL prevent automatic billing and automatic registrar renewal, right? Please?)
Troy
The "do not renew" flag will prevent a renewal invoice from being automatically generated by WHMCS. However, the reminders still go out. You could let the client know that it's to keep him informed about the domain's expiration, or you could delete the domain from the client's account completely to stop the emails. I would like to see an option to let us choose to not send the reminder emails if "do not renew" is checked.
dexus
Yes, there should be an option for that, or maybe one more checkbox "do not remind".
