That exactly it's purpose....taking notes/making notes. The whole idea is to save time by wacking a quick note into WHMCS, be it a phone number, reminder about doing something with a server or customer account etc. It's just a software based scibble pad that isn't notepad! 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
