d33pa Posted February 24, 2007 Share Posted February 24, 2007 I have added a custom field to my support ticket department [account username] When a client submits a ticket, I have added fields on the bottom that are required for the client to submit this ticket (great)! When my admin gets the support ticket via email, From Name: WHMCompleteSolution <support@mydomain.com> Only the regular info is on this email and none of the custom fields are added to this email. The only way to see these custom fields is if the support admin logs into the WHMCS control panel and click on the "custom fields" tab under that ticket. Is there any way to include these custom fields on the email to my support admin? i need to have their account username and server name so my 3rd party support admins can see what account and server they are on, and act on that particular account. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
