Replacing Paypal / 2Checkout text with logos

I have two options for payment: Paypal and Credit Card (via 2checkout).I want to replace the text located next to each payment option radio button with an image of each gateway's logo.

 

I tried adding a field called image to the tblpaymentgateways table that contained the html for the image and then replaced {$gateway.name} with {$gateway.image}

 

but that seemed to do nothing.

 

Any ideas?

It's pretty easy actually. From the Payment Gateway setup page (in admin), there is a box that says "Visible Name."

 

Use the html tag <img> to place your image there instead of the text.

 

For example:

 

<img src="http://www.yourdomain.com/image.jpg">

 

Works perfect!
