Email contact not receiving

Personally, I need a little help please.

 

Look what is happening:

 

Signed up a client, as he has two emails, other email

Contact us signed up with the permissions checked.

 

When I generate an invoice or open a ticket, it only receives email

the primary e-mail, the e-mail contact the system does not send.

 

Please ...... help me
