tmey Posted January 18, 2010 Share Posted January 18, 2010 Hello, client crate tickets or replay ticket, you may get notify,do you replay the notify mail directly ? or go to whmcs to replay ticket ? and your clients, do they replay the mails directly ? or fo toy whmcs to replay ticket? becuase i use outlook express to replay ticket notify,it works well, but when i use outlook 2007 to replay the notify mails, it will not work well,ex: creating a new ticket insteading of the original ticket following. thanks 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
