do you and your clients replay mail directly or replay ticket ?

Hello,

 

client crate tickets or replay ticket,

 

you may get notify,do you replay the notify mail directly ? or go to whmcs to replay ticket ?

 

and your clients,

 

do they replay the mails directly ? or fo toy whmcs to replay ticket?

 

 

becuase i use outlook express to replay ticket notify,it works well,

 

but when i use outlook 2007 to replay the notify mails,

 

it will not work well,ex: creating a new ticket insteading of the original ticket following.

WE go into the ticket to reply

Reason for this is a ticket that gets several replies gets VERY long if you reply in email

 

as for Clients we allow them to reply using email but prefer them to login to ticket for same reason as listed above

 

 

I use outlook 2007 and I can create new tickets or reply through email with no issues

do you do any change setting in whmcs?

 

becuase i always receive the "replaying" part in notify mail.
